NextGenSupplyz – Refund & Return Policy

At NextGenSupplyz, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.

1. Refund Request Window

Customers must submit any refund or issue request within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Brief explanation of the issue


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • A missing item

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide:

  • A replacement item, OR

  • A refund if a replacement is unavailable

Photo or video proof is required within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items reported after 24 hours

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


5. Shipping Issues

NextGenSupplyz is not responsible for:

  • Carrier shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information before placing an order.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

  • Processing times may take 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact NextGenSupplyz before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
